Quality Assurance
Commitment to Excellence in Service & Safety
At Auriga, quality isn’t just a goal, it’s an integral part of our operational DNA. Our commitment to excellence is deeply embedded in our service delivery across all sectors. We hold multiple ISO accreditations, including Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Our integrated management system features robust Safety Management Systems (SMS), asset maintenance protocols, and finance optimisation. The focus of our quality management extends beyond mere compliance, aiming for continual improvement and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
ISO 9001 (Quality)
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management.
ISO 45001 (Safety)
ISO 45001 is an international standard for occupational health & safety management.
ISO 14001 (Environment)
ISO 14001 is an international standard for environmental management.
These three standards have been integrated to give us a single system of work for managing environment, safety and quality and a framework to develop and monitor the Auriga Group standard. By combining the considerable asset management experience of our senior management team with the risk management approach of our Integrated Management System (IMS), we ensure that safety comes first in all that we do.
Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS)
The BARS program is designed to provide organisations that engage contracted aircraft operators with a standard to assist in the risk-based management of aviation activities. The Standard is suited to any organisation that uses aircraft operators to provide contracted aviation support for their operations, particularly within remote and challenging environments.
International Standard for Maritime Pilot Organisations (ISPO)
The ISPO is a standard of best practice for pilot organisations, improving safety and quality. Providing self-regulation and transparency in pilotage standards to all port related stakeholders.
